A worn industrial property was demolished to make room for a new retail store for Martin & Servera. The exploitation was optimized by a rational steel frame, well adapted to the irregular shape of the site. The building has been clad with an irregular pattern of greyshaded sandwich elements and the entrance is emphasized by an inviting glazed entrance and a screen roof of wood and channel glass follows the northern facade over the parking space.
