We were contracted to design a new holiday home on a beautiful lake plot south of Dalarö. The site extends across the island and provides water contact both to the east and the west, where the sauna building was placed facing towards the sunset. On the large veranda we created a sheltered spot surrounded by the angled building facing south. Inside, the floor levels adapt to the slope of the terrain, which also gives a nice overview from the upper level towards the glazed south facade.
